my daughter is 7 months old.can i take ice apple(palm fruit)while breastfeeding??

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. there are no diet restrictions for a breastfeeding mommy. just make sure you eat everything in moderation. if there is any obvious discomfort for your baby you can stop.continue to eat well and have a happy mommy which will lead to a happy baby as well
