ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes all seasonal fruits and vegetables. avoid much oily spicy junk foods and too cold foods , if breastfeeding the baby Mother's milk is complete food for the baby . Take care

Hello mom You can have Apple but you should definitely avoid having ice because while being a lactating mother babies overall growth and health depends on Mother diet . You should always maintain a proper diet and it is very important and just try to have daily routine food
