my daughter is 5 year. she has 20 teeth but she has one more teeth grown in upper jaw at back side. what is the reason for that. please suggest

Actually the milk teeth did not break and the permanent has already come that is what you are mentioning currently you’ll have to get the milk extracted by the doctor because the natural and permanent teeth has already left and it is not good so please take an assistance with your doctor regarding
