Q.

My daughter is 35 days old. Initially the doctor had suggested similac plus stage 1 for her, however on few recommendation i switched Nestle Nan pro for her 2 days back. since the we have switched, i notice that this formula is lighter than similac and my daughter was able to feed on more quantity. However yesterday she pooped almost thrice, not sure if this is due to change in the formula or because she is feeding on more quantity. Further, she has been pushing out more curdled milk than usual now i am not sure if this is due to an increase in milk quantity or change in formula. Any suggestions if should switch back to Similac or continue with Nan pro?

A. Hi mom Passing out motion 8 -10 times a day is also normal. As ur baby pooped thrice a day, this is perfectly ok.. secondly little spit up or curd type vomit is normal in babies .This is due to acid reflux in babies which will go with time as the baby grows up. if ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds then no need to worry
