My daughter is 2years old she is still very weak. Her weight is 12 kg. she seems only 1 year. what should I do??

A. Ensure a diet rich in iron (meat, spinach), nutrients, and consistent, healthy meals every 2-3 hours. See a pediatrician immediately if you feel it is not normal.

A. Hello! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. Give your child dal, Chawal, Roti, Sabzi, and so on. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be included gradually.
