Q.

My daughter is 26 months old.From yesterday suddenly she is having fever.It is ranging between 99-101.There is no symptom of cold or any pain.So i am unable to know the proper reason for fever.I am only giving paracetamol. Please suggest the medication to get rid of the fever.

A. since it's only one day no need to worry about it maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output In fever give pcm drops as prescribed by your doctor give tepid water sponging maintain hydration if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine
