Q.
My baby boy is 16 months old and he got fever since last two days. Though the temperature is not going too high..ranging between 99 to 101 but my main concern is he is not having proper food. What I can do to help him eat..he is being fussy…

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give only symptomatic treatment that is for fever havex to give paracetamol(max 4 times per day if needed) and plenty of water to drink and at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fever continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctorx
please do body sponge that is body wiping to decrease the body temperature with wet cotton cloth.
