My daughter is 2.5 year from 3-4 days constipation is there she do potty but very little in every 1-2 hour and she is having fever also.. pls advice what should I do?

A. to avoid constipation and hard stool in the baby is advisable to use adequate water for the baby to drink please give all seasonal fruits like mango papaya banana to the baby
