A. include, Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisine, dates, pomegranate. are also good in iron.

A. Start with dry fruit powders mix it in the milk. If non vegetarian can try to give chicken and fish. In veg try to give spinach, rajma, lobia. To increase iron absorption always pair iron rich food with vit c food

A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Spinach, beet roots, carrots, pomegranates are very good. Would suggest you to consult your child’s doctor for further advice. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil for muscle flexibility and skin health. Good luck and take care.
