Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable.
Dried apricots, figs, raisine, dates, pomegranate. are also good in iron.

If non vegetarian can try to give chicken and fish. In veg try to give spinach, rajma, lobia. To increase iron absorption always pair iron rich food with vit c food

Spinach, beet roots, carrots, pomegranates are very good. Would suggest you to consult your child’s doctor for further advice.
