I am suffering from anemia my iron level is very low I can't take any iron supplement or medicine it disturbs my stomach and bowel movement plz help how to increase my hb and iron level naturally.

A. Hello good afternoon !! Have iron rich foods leafy vegetables mostly spinach, kale, amarnath, fruits and vegetables (sweet potato, carrot,beet root, strawberry, cherry,blue berry, pomegranate) ,figs,dates, almonds,ragi, jaggery, omega fatty foods,cod liver oil,fish ... Have more water, fluids carrot,beet root juice, pomegranate juice, almonds, dates, spinach,egg in regular diet will help in increasing haemoglobin level...
