my daughter has little bit of cold.. I think due to cold her body is weak and slight warm.. should I give her telekast syrup???

Cold is a viral disease that usually occurs with general symptoms,mainly nasal congestion .at times it can be allergic too.
steam inhalation would help in relieving congestion n soothing the irritation in nose and throat .you can give febrex AF/maxtra in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms but only under medical guidance.for fever can give calpol 3 times a day .no self treatment should be done.give antibiotics only when prescribed.it may take upto two weeks also in recovery so dont worry if grjrbadually symptoms are getting relieved,child will resume normal activities and eating thereafter.can give simple homemade food that's easily digestible can give banana too and avoid citrus fruits if required.
