ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist2 years agoA. Dear ma’am, it’s important to allow kids to decide when to eat and how much to eat as their body and adult body is different. We have to respect their appetite and force feeding can only lead to food refusal and aversion. As long as the kid is active and playful then need not worry.
