A. The standard diet chart that I’m going to share with you you can start with a Dal water rice water followed by fruits and vegetables are all kinds khichadi and porridge then you can give varieties of dairy products and food made out of ragi Suji and oats don’t hesitate to use salt and spices into the food and for sweetness you can use jaggery and dates
