with proper diversion and getting the child engaged in another thingcs will help in decreasing such behaviour.
meet your doctor for more advice and also share the video of such behaviour with the doctor.

It's usually a self-soothing technique, although it can also be caused by teething and, occasionally, hunger. Although it can cause complications if it goes on for too long, most babies will grow out of it.
