my child is 3 years 8 months old and his weight 13.5 kg. now he suffers in fever, so what paracetamol dosage should I use? P-120 or P-240 ?

You can give either of the two whatever is available for you and if you’re actually going to purchase the medicine now then I would advise you as per the current age of the child it would be better to go for Crocin DS and this is a medicine that you can give as per the current weight of the child the dosage is going to be mentioned on the bottle at
