my child is 22 months old but he can't speak just 4 5 words mumm, na na like that he understand everything what should I do

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 22 months old and he doesn’t speak properly so see if he has a tongue tie beneath it and better to consult with speech therapist
