My child always has cough and cold . Please suggest some daily remedy to keep him safe from cold.

Okay so you should make your child wear proper woollen clothes with socks shoes and a cap and you should give ginger juice mix with some jaggery and pinch of black pepper three times in the day and if you started giving any other like tone pasteurise or something that start giving milk with turmeric and black pepper that will also help in boosting immunity will help in avoiding cold and cough issues
