my breastmilk is seems Tobe low now a days...can I take lactare tablet to increase milk production

A. Hello dear parent! Use them on doctor’s advice. Consult a lactation specialist. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply
