hi doctor I am 1 month 10 days old mother Can I use lactare tablet , May I know how to use it , I have very less of milk production I have try all home remedies but my milk supply didnt increase

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. take 2 tablet twice a day.. or take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day. Also, avoid taking stress. Have fluids before and after breast feeding.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Yes u can take lactare tablets to increase your breast milk. There is no problem in that. U can take it with water or milk two times a day.. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Take care and all the best
