my boy s scrotum is always up..it is normal???

Hi It doesn’t seem like an issue to me if there is no issue as such as a child is facing while passing urine and all still if you have a concern regarding this or you feel it is always up then you should get a check with your doctor because of clarity can only be provided after a personal assessment
