proper treatment suggestions would be given in certain cases only after proper clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment first of all a scrotal sonography is required to rule out the diagnosis

Oh You should get a check with your paediatrician ones because you’ll have to get it checked as to why it is happening without proper check up it would be very difficult to comment on it because it could be due to any of the reasons but without check up it would be difficult to strike out one reason
