my child age is 5+...he has scrotum problem...can any one help me..their is no pain ...just its swelling...

A. to whome I have to consult for that.....I mean pediatrician or any one else... suggest me

A. it is very difficult to comment if the child is there any kind of swelling or pain in that region it needs proper detailed examination to rule out any other possibility for this
