my bby is of 40 days. i delivered bby girl with c section. but after thst,during breadtfeeding,i got so much acne on cheeks n chin. diring,i aldo hv pimples,but not so many. now during breastfeeding,my health becoming so thin n fc getting pimples. what is reason behind pimples n weight loss during breastfeeding

ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist5 years agoA. dear pregnancy and childbirth causes hormonal changes which can be reason behind pimple, skin and hair changes breastfeeding is at the cost of mother's nutritional stores hence you should consume a healthy diet 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks
