This is basically because of the epidural that’s been given into the spine when they’re performing a surgery so I would just advise you as of now that you should go for doing Keagle exercises regularly I hope your doctor has advised you to go for them because a very important along with that also you can keep hot fat or heat pad or hot water bottle that is also going to be equally helpful in the current situation to you
