Q.

After c section delivery I feel aching and vibration in my spine, back feels tired? Please suggest to avoid the issue

A. May have been due to the epidural that’s given during the time of delivery for this thing it’s very important that you take a check up with your doctor as what is meant to be done further your gynaecologist would be able to help you correctly on that
