Cough and Cold should be treated only after a proper examination by a doctor as there may be some associated factor .tt As the first line of treatment you can give steam inhalation which would be helpful . Cough Syp should be given only after a proper evaltuation .

Aap 1 week se medicine de rhe Hai Aur Agar relief Nahi Mila toh doctor se bhi zarur puchiye. Aur steam bhi dete rahiye. Vicks baby rub bhi lgaiye baby ki chest par and nose ke upar tjoda sa.
