my baby will complete 4 months in 2 days. Can I give her apple puree and ragi porridge ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. don't, No other foods or fluids including water are not necessary till 6 months. Exclusive breast feed your baby two to three hourly and on demand . Breast milk is the recommended source of nutrition for infants, especially during the first six months of life.
