Q.
My baby weight is 2.3 kg at the time of birth. she is 19 days old. What can i do for her to increase her weight & she is premature baby 25 days before . please suggest me

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Have lot of skin to skin sessions with your baby. This is called kangaroo therapy. It improves Breastmilk, improves baby weight and encourages Breastfeeding. Both father and mother can do it. This warmth will greatly help to improve baby's weight. Also while breastfeeding, you can feed longer from one side, so that the baby will get the hind milk which comes later and has higher fat content than the foremilk which comes first.
