My baby is 4 month old he is premature 1 kg birth weight how to increase baby weight

A. to increase baby wt strt vit supplements as zincovit drps ...or A to Z drps.. it is exclusively breast feed recommended fr 6 mnths.. mothers milk helps in wt gain... thank u fr reaching the panel.. take care..
