my baby vomiting after burping also.. what s the cause and remedy fr this

Hello mom Little bit of vomit Or spitting up of milk is common it occurs due to reflux action as most of the time the baby is an lying down position only but if the milk is as the whole that he has taken then there is an issue with the feed so take only easy to digest food if you are exclusively breastfeeding your baby
