Q.

My baby scratches his head and face a lot every time he wakes up at night (either to feed or simply out of habit). Even after putting scratch mittens, the intensity with which he rubs/scratches is too much. Docs advised anti-itch drops like Atarax, but nothing seems to work. Any help or guidance would be great.

A. dear mum , this scratching can b a way of the baby to self soothe . firstly keep the nails of the baby trimmed and also to keep skin moisturized

A. It could be associated with the cradle cap in the head which is very annoying so once you get the head shaped of it is going to go away right now you should regularly oil shampoo and brush the head which would be a very good thing to do
