my baby is three years old and my weight is 69 . how to reduce it ....

A. Dear mum, to reduce your weight, you should eat mindfully. Have processed, packaged and junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
