SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. stretch marks will vanish but it will take tile too. Apply bio oil or coconut oil. You can also try palmers cocoa butter cream it's quite effective. To few spoons of sugar add little coconut oil and rub over the affected area. Do this regularly and for few mins such that it absorbs to skin very well. try to start with some basic exercises like walking. Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial.Have a balanced and healthy diet. Try to Avoid carbs and sugar to reduce weight faster
