my baby is suffering from cough and cold past 2 days and on medication . today his stool look like this is it normal?

A. She is a loose motion maybe sometimes when you give a lot of medicines it can happen but as of now I see it seems completely alright I don’t see anything for you to be worried or concerned in this this is a natural motion that a child can have
