My baby is spitting milk (sometimes vomitting) after almost every feed. her birth weight was 2.5 she is now 7.5 weeks old and weight is 4.1. but she has not gained any weight (hardly 100 gms) since last week. what to do

A. A child has gained 1500 g in almost 8 weeks which is a very good weight gain as it is expected that the child should gain at least 500 g in a month your child has gained 1500 g in two months so it’s a very healthy weight you should be happy with it and spitting is normal because of stomach reflux and indigestion issues
