My baby is sleeping straight for 4 hours .Is that okay Do I need to wake him up for feeding . Combinational feeding is okay??

A. dear mum , no need to awaken baby from sleep feed baby on demand whenever baby wants n howmuch baby wants 24 hr urine output n wt gain is adequate , active baby dontworry exclusive breastfeed
