Q.

my baby is one month old and with severe cold for 13 days. only saline nasal spray is used. there is no improvements. what i have to do

A. If it is running nose also then I would advise you to give oral medicine to the child along with that giving steam to the child indirectly will also be very helpful so please go ahead with that and still if the child is in good consult your doctor again
