My baby is not drinking breastmilk & he is 3months old

There could be variety of reasons why she's not taking milk
If she has gas , Hing roll can be applied over her tummy.
Give her tummy time.
If she has tummy infection, lose motions , green stool she canbe given enterogermina drops three drops twice a day.
