my baby is not doing motions properly he will graunt and strain to pass the motions but he won't do motions due to which he won't sleep for hours how can I solve this I asked our family doctor he said us to give some two tea spoon warm water if i give water he will be able to pass motions but our paediatrician said don't give water what I can do I'm in dilemma. please suggest something
