My baby is not at all eating. My in law suggested to give Cyphon full bottle continuously. Why doctors are not suggesting. Does this cause side effects to my baby

A. U should b giving any medication without consulting the doctor as that have a particular reason to say no for the medication so please do not give it to the child so it’s better u do not give it and also check with the doc for your problem
