My baby is having red rashes in this summer season. his skin is sensitive. What can I use to reduce the same?

first ,keep your child well hydrated
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room
you can give bath twice in a day
apply baby soothing Calamine lotion or try cool pack on Rashes
