my baby is having fever since evening she is preterm baby now her age is 6month as current gestation age may I know she is keeping her hands in mouth is that fever is teething symptom

Yes It seems like the same only that your child is getting its teeth which is why fever is there in which is why your child is keeping its finger or thumb into the mouth most of the time this is one of the most common things to go for as of now you continue with medicine and start start subsiding
