My baby is having excessive red rashes or small pimples on her cheek . Please what could be the reason and remedy also??

I believe it is mostly due to some kind of a heat in in the body that is why your child is suffering with it in this case I am only going to advise you to consult your doctor as that is one of the best solutions that you can go ahead with as of now as go ahead with my lotion calamine lotion
