Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent c, ypu should give him supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. As due to deficiency of supplements, patches can occur on the skin. Also give good amount of water to drink. Good luck and take care
