Hi doctor my baby is getting small pimples on his cheek from last 1 week. is this normal? what may be the reason?

Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Maintain hydration
