My baby is having cold since 10 days , I am using nasoclear but no relief, what else I can do???

A. solvin cold af is ok in place of wikoryl?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and he is having a cold since last 10 days so only nasoclear nasal drops is not enough but give him 5 drops of wikoryl three times a day
