Q.

My one year baby is running nose from last 10 days. Doctor adviced nasoclear, motair lc kid but no relief what can be the alternate

A. Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful. For cold you can give dropsz wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations z. If fever is present give paracetamol.

A. Apart from these medicines you can do to other thing where you can give indirect steam in halation and nebulisation to the child that is what is going to be helpful along with the medication that you are giving to your child
