my baby is having cold and nose is blocking and he is 4 month old please suggest drops

Wikoryl AF drops can be given to the child you can be five drop with a gap of in the day with a gap of eight hours each and also I’m going to advise advise you to put nasal drops into the nose of your child every 5 to 6 hours that will help in opening up the laser passes for better breathing
