my baby is getting fever often... 10 days once he is getting fever... when I checked with doctor they told it is due to uti..my baby is 10 months old...he is not eating properly...is this a serious issue?? after giving antibiotics fever reducing and again fever coming after somedays...what is the reason?

Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor's advice. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated along with daily breastfeed. Good luck and take care
