my baby is get rashes on her underarms and belly it look like dots what cream is best to use

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Apply cetaphil lotion. Sprinkle prickly heat powder. Move the child to a cool area at the first sign of a heat rash. Keep the skin cool and dry. Apply cool compress to the affected areas. Rinse away oil and sweat with cool water and then gently pat the area dry. Regularly clean skin folds to make sure trapped sweat and oil do not make the rash worse. Allow the kid to go naked or make him or her wear light cotton clothes to keep the skin cool. Use AC or fans to help keep the skin cool. Keep the kid hydrated.
